As COVID-19 continues to affect everyone locally and globally, we want you to know that the safety and well-being of our members and our community is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the situation for any potential impact as new developments continue to happen.
At this time the HGEA Member Service Center (MSC) on Oahu remains open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, we strongly encourage members to call or send an email rather than come in to the MSC and the neighbor island offices should your questions/concerns not require face-to-face interaction. If you wish to meet with a union agent or other staff, please call ahead to make an appointment.
These plans may change, and we will let you know if they do. We will continue to keep you updated as circumstances change and our plans evolve.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone to take common sense measures to keep themselves and others healthy. Please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and the Hawaii Department of Health websites for the latest information, updates, resources and advice.
