Hawaii Government Employees Association appreciates that HGEA members are reaching out to inquire what they can do to help stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), what their employers are doing and how their collective bargaining rights may be affected due to the State and all four Counties issuing Emergency Proclamations.  As of March 5, 2020 there are no confirmed cases in Hawaii.
